| RULE §21.21 | State Participation in Relocation, Adjustment, and/or Removal |
The adjustment, relocation, and/or removal of utility facilities on the state highway system and reimbursement for the costs of such work will be in accordance with a written agreement between the state and the utility company or county or city, whichever is applicable. |
