SUBCHAPTER KCONTROL OF SIGNS ALONG RURAL ROADS
RULE §21.420Permit Expiration

(a) A permit is valid for one year.

(b) A permit automatically expires on the date that the license issued under which the permit was issued expires or is revoked by the department under §21.158 of this chapter (relating to License Revocation) or §21.455 of this subchapter (relating to License Revocation and Non-Renewal).
