| (a) A temporary saltwater pipeline may be installed
on highway right of way pursuant to a lease from the department. Before
a temporary saltwater pipeline may be installed, the installation
must be approved by the department.
(b) The outer diameter of a pipe used for a temporary
saltwater pipeline may not to exceed 12 inches.
(c) A temporary saltwater pipeline may not operate
at a pressure of over 60 pounds per inch.
(d) A temporary saltwater pipeline may not be in place
on highway right of way for a period that exceeds 180 days.
