SUBCHAPTER QREGULATION OF DIRECTIONAL SIGNS
RULE §21.945Condition of Sign
(a) A directional sign must be structurally safe and maintained in good repair.

(b) A directional sign may not be obsolete.

(c) A directional sign may not move or have animated or moving parts.
