| RULE §30.201 | Purpose of Rules |
The purpose of this subchapter is to set forth in a clear and concise manner the procedures, guidelines, and standards utilized to administer the Texas Aviation Facilities Development and Financial Assistance Program. This subchapter shall be construed liberally, with a view toward the purpose for which it was adopted. |
