| RULE §30.220 | Compliance with Flood Hazard Evaluation Guidelines |
When administering any proposed project involving construction or land-use planning where state funds are involved, the department shall comply with all flood hazard evaluation guidelines for state agencies published by the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission. |
