| (a) Federal Transit Administration programs are subject
to 2 C.F.R. Part 200 and Part 1201, Uniform Administrative Requirements,
Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards.
(b) The programs are also subject to the program regulations
promulgated by the Federal Transit Administration and applicable program
circulars.
(c) Changes to federal rules, regulations, and circulars
applicable to the programs will be implemented and incorporated into
the rules governing the specific program.
