| RULE §6.22 | Requested Financial Assistance |
An applicant may request any form of financial assistance authorized by this chapter, but the form of financial assistance provided from money from the state highway fund that is dedicated under state law, and potentially other sources, is limited as provided by this chapter and other law. |
