SUBCHAPTER KSMALL BUSINESS ENTERPRISE (SBE) PROGRAM
RULE §9.309Certification Period; Recertification
(a) An SBE certification is valid for three years.

(b) To be recertified as an SBE, a firm must submit an application for certification and any requested documentation under §9.305 of this subchapter (relating to Application for SBE Certification).
