SUBCHAPTER CDONATIONS AND CONTRIBUTIONS
RULE §209.33Acceptance of Donations and Contributions
(a) The executive director may accept donations and contributions valued under $500.

(b) Board acceptance of donations and contributions shall be made in an open meeting. The records of the meeting shall identify the donor and describe the donation or contribution and its purpose.
