| (a) This chapter applies to the following persons:
(1) applicants and holders of any license; and
(2) persons who are acting at the time of application,
or will later act, in a representative capacity for an applicant or
holder of a license, including the applicant's or holder's officers,
directors, members, managers, trustees, partners, principals, or managers
of business affairs.
(b) In this chapter a "conviction" includes a deferred
adjudication that is considered to be a conviction under Occupations
Code §53.021(d).
