A person advertising motor vehicles shall not use false, deceptive,
unfair, or misleading advertising. In addition to a violation of a
specific advertising rule, any other advertising or advertising practices
found by the department to be false, deceptive, or misleading, whether
herein described, shall be deemed a violation of Occupations Code,
Chapter 2301 and shall also be deemed a violation of this rule.
