SUBCHAPTER HADVERTISING
RULE §215.252Advertising at Cost or Invoice
(a) The term "dealer's cost" or other reference to the cost of the motor vehicle shall not be used.

 (b) The terms "invoice" or "invoice price" in advertising shall not be used.
