RULE §215.310Issuance of Proposals for Decision and Orders
(a) All proposals for decision prepared by the ALJ shall be submitted to the board and copies furnished to the parties.

 (b) All decisions and orders issued by the board shall be furnished to the parties and to the ALJ.
