(a) In a contested case, each party is entitled to
a hearing, in accordance with Government Code, §2001.051.
(b) A notice of hearing in a contested case shall comply
with the requirements of Government Code, §2001.052(a) and shall
be served upon the parties in person or by certified mail, return
receipt requested to the last known address of the parties or their
authorized representatives, in accordance with Occupations Code, §2301.705.
(c) The last known address of a license applicant,
license holder, or other person is the last mailing address provided
to the department when the license applicant applies for its license,
when a license holder renews its license, or when the license holder
notifies the department of a change in the license holder's mailing
address.
(d) A notice of hearing in a contested case may be
amended in accordance with Government Code, §2001.052(b).
