Each license application must be submitted by the applicant,
in person, at any DCTAC location during business hours. The application
must be complete and include all required documentation. To submit
the completed application, applicant must, at the time of the submission:
(1) presents a valid Texas driver's license and a valid
Social Security Card or, if applicable, a U.S.-issued alien identification
card issued by the Department of Homeland Security, and permits a
copy of both to be made for DCTAC records; and
(2) pays the non-refundable application fee.
