Each Applicant must submit his/her completed application form,
including all required documentation, in person to the Tax Assessor-Collector
or the Tax Assessor-Collector's designated representative. The Tax
Assessor-Collector or the Tax Assessor-Collector's designated representative
will accept the completed Application provided Applicant:
(1) presents a valid Texas driver's license and a valid
Social Security Card or, if applicable, a U.S.-issued alien identification
card issued by the Department of Homeland Security, and permits the
Tax Assessor-Collector or Tax Assessor-Collector's designated representative
to make a copy of both; and
(2) pays the Application fee.
