| (a) The purpose of this division is to adopt regulations
which identify when military munitions become a solid waste, and if
these wastes are also hazardous under this division or 40 Code of
Federal Regulations Part 261, the management standards that apply
to these wastes.
(b) Unless otherwise specified in the regulations adopted
in this division, all applicable requirements of the commission's
rules, including, but not limited to, Chapter 305 of this title (relating
to Consolidated Permits) and Chapter 335 of this title (relating to
Industrial Solid Waste and Municipal Hazardous Waste), apply to waste
military munitions.
