| (2) Have only one Single Family Housing Unit per property
that is being used as living space. If additional structures are located
on the same property and utilized for living space, temporarily or
otherwise, this property is not eligible. Relocation assistance is
not an eligible expense under the CSHC Program.
(l) The Administrator's initial HAG, as well as any
amendments to the HAG, shall be approved by commissioners' court and
the Department prior to implementation.
(m) Residents shall have access to all Public Service
Activities identified in the Contract on at least one weekday each
week, for a period long enough to provide access to activities after
the typical workday.
(n) The purchase of new tools, new computers and computer
equipment, if included in the approved budget, shall occur within
the first 24 months of the Contract Term. Purchase of these items
after 24 months must be approved by the Department in writing prior
to purchase.
