| (a) No electric utility or retail electric provider shall discriminate on the basis of race, creed, color, national origin, ancestry, sex, marital status, lawful source of income, level of income, disability, or familial status. (b) No electric utility or retail electric provider shall unreasonably discriminate on the basis of geographic location. |
