RULE §67.51Nature of Hearings

All hearings conducted in any Proceeding shall be open to the public unless the Board, its designee, the Executive Director or Examiner determines that all or a portion of the hearing will relate to matters deemed confidential by law, in which event the hearing may be closed to the public.
