CHAPTER 15FINANCING AND CONSTRUCTION OF TRANSPORTATION PROJECTS
SUBCHAPTER GINTERNATIONAL BRIDGES
RULE §15.74Application

To secure approval of a project, an applicant must file an application and 20 copies of the application with the department's executive director or his or her designee who shall serve as department liaison for the project. The application shall be in a form prescribed by the department, and must include:

  (1) a description of the applicant, including:

    (A) form of organization under the laws of this state; and

    (B) history of operations and/or business conducted;

  (2) a definition of major financial, operating, and business policies of the applicant that will affect operations or the conduct of business, including:

    (A) key operating conditions; and

    (B) compliance with existing federal, state, and local laws and regulations;

  (3) the preliminary study completed in accordance with §15.73 of this subchapter (relating to Preliminary Studies); and

  (4) any written commitments from the appropriate federal jurisdictions of the United Mexican States to provide adequate roadway connections to the bridge, and similar commitments from state and municipal transportation agencies for any state highway or local street infrastructure necessary to make the bridge fully operational.
