The following terms and abbreviations, when used in this subchapter,
shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates
otherwise:
(1) Application Kit--The information that is required
to be completed and submitted by an applicant for a grant contract.
(2) Applicant--An entity that files an application
for a grant contract with the OAG.
(3) Eligible application--An application that meets
the minimum requirements set forth in the RFA and Application Kit.
(4) Grantee--An entity that receives a grant contract
from the OAG.
(5) OAG--Office of the Attorney General.
(6) RFA--Request for Applications.
