| (a) Record Development. In accordance with Texas Family Code §261.402, the Commission shall develop and maintain a record of each report of alleged abuse, neglect, exploitation or death. (b) Database. The Commission shall maintain an electronic database containing information regarding all reports of alleged abuse, neglect, exploitation, death and serious incidents. (c) Record Retention. The investigation records maintained by the Commission are confidential and shall be retained in accordance with the retention schedule adopted by the Commission or other applicable laws. |
