| RULE §11.99 | Surface Mining Permit Approval |
The surface mining permit shall be granted if it is established that the application complies with the requirements of this chapter and all applicable federal and state laws. The commission may approve a surface mining permit conditioned upon the approval of all other state permits or licenses that may be required. |
