RULE §53.60 | Application for Suspension of Compensation |
Where application is made by the carrier for suspension of compensation pursuant to either Texas Civil Statutes, Article 8306, §12a, or Texas Civil Statutes, Article 8307, §4, the question of suspension will be set by the board for hearing within two weeks of said application. No suspension of compensation benefits will be approved by the board, under Texas Civil Statutes, Article 8307, §4a, unless statutory grounds exist for such suspension.
