| (a) The Agency will issue a Corrective Action letter to the Grantee when the Grantee is in noncompliance as defined in §460.31 of this title relating to Noncompliance. The Corrective Action letter will be sent by certified mail. (b) In the Corrective Action letter, the Agency shall: (1) provide notification of noncompliance; (2) specify the corrective action as defined in §460.32(b) of this title relating to Corrective Action, required to be taken by the Grantee; (3) set a timeline for the Grantee to implement the Agency-required corrective action; and (4) describe any technical assistance available to the Grantee. |
