An MRA or community center must require an employee, contractor, or volunteer of the MRA or community center to report to a staff person designated by the MRA or community center: (1) a criminal offense that the employee, contractor, or volunteer is charged with or convicted of after starting employment or volunteer status or after the execution of the contractor's contract; or (2) a listing of the employee, contractor, or volunteer as unemployable in a registry after starting employment or volunteer status or after the execution of the contractor's contract. |
