RULE §3.24Notice to Customers

The department will provide contact information as may be appropriate to geographical locations and subject matter for purposes of directing complaints to the department. In addition to any other method used by the department to provide the information, the department will publish notice of how to direct complaints:

  (1) in selected public information literature;

  (2) on the department's Internet site; and

  (3) at each business office of the department.
