| (a) Purpose. The purpose of this subchapter is to implement the registration of full-time home office salaried employees as prescribed by the Insurance Code Article 21.14, §20A, which was enacted in 1997 by the Acts of the 75th Legislature and which first became effective on September 1, 1997. (b) Severability. Where any terms or sections of this subchapter are determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be inconsistent with any statutes of this state or these United States, or to be unconstitutional, the remaining terms and provisions of this subchapter shall remain in effect.
