| (a) The OAG shall notify the applicant in writing of
its decision regarding a grant award.
(b) The OAG may utilize a grant contract document or
a notice of grant document once a decision is made to award a grant.
The applicant will be given a deadline to act to accept the grant
award and to return the appropriate document to the OAG within the
time prescribed by the OAG. An applicant's failure to return the signed
document to the OAG within the applicable time period will be construed
as a rejection of the grant award, and the OAG may de-obligate funds.
