A permit application, permit renewal, or permit amendment under this subchapter will be denied if: (1) concerning an application for one time introduction: (A) the application, renewal or amendment does not meet the requirements of §§52.101 - 52.401 of this title (concerning Stocking Policy); or (B) the proposed introduction is not consistent with management objectives of the department; or (2) concerning an application for an offshore aquaculture facility, the application does not contain or inadequately addresses the requirements of §57.253(c) of this title (relating to Permit Application). |
