RULE §65.137 | Disposition of Mortalities |
A permittee shall, within ten days of disposing of any deer under the provisions of this section, complete and forward to the department a department-issued or department-approved disposition receipt form accounting for each deer disposed of under the provisions of this section. All deer that die as a result or in the course of activities conducted under a DMP shall be kept in an edible condition and disposed of by one of the following methods: |
