| RULE §3.8 | Designation and Termination of Depository Library Status for State Publications in Physical Formats |
The Director and Librarian has designated Texas Tech University and University of North Texas as depository libraries for state publications in physical formats. Replacement designations may be made by the Director and Librarian. |
