| RULE §67.105 | Depositions |
Unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties pursuant to §67.11 of this chapter (relating to agreements to be in writing), the taking and use of depositions in any Proceeding shall be governed by the APA §§2001.094 - 2001.103. |
