CHAPTER 67HEARINGS ON DISPUTED CLAIMS
RULE §67.63Briefs

(a) Briefs shall conform, where practicable, to the requirements for form of Pleadings set out in this chapter. The issues involved shall be concisely stated, the evidence in support of each issue shall be summarized, and the argument and authorities shall be organized and directed to each issue in a concise and logical manner.

(b) Briefs may be requested by the Examiner prior to filing of the Examiner's proposal for decision set out in §67.81 of this chapter (relating to Examiner's report and proposal for decision).
