CHAPTER 115MIDWIVES
RULE §115.7Meetings
(a) The advisory board shall meet at the call of the presiding officer of the commission or the executive director.

 (b) A quorum of the advisory board is necessary to conduct official business.

 (c) Advisory board action shall require a majority vote of those members present and voting.
