| (a) Any new or relocated driver education provider
must be inspected and approved by the department before it may operate.
Additionally, a driver education provider that has changed ownership
must be inspected and approved by the department, but may continue
to operate prior to inspection.
(b) The driver education provider owner shall request
an initial inspection from the department.
(c) Upon receipt of the owner's request, the department
shall schedule the initial inspection date and notify the owner.
