|(a) An applicant may not take the Jurisprudence Examination
unless he or she has complied with all the requirements in the Chiropractic
Act, Occupations Code §§201.302 - 201.304, including having
fulfilled the educational requirements of Occupations Code §201.303.
(b) Examinees will be examined on the laws and board
rules governing the practice of chiropractic in this state.
(c) The type of questions will be true-false, multiple
choice, or essay. Certain time periods shall be assigned to each subject
(d) The discretion of the board on examination matters,
including grades, is final.
