RULE §745.321 | What will Licensing do after accepting my application? |
After we accept your application, our process of deciding to issue or deny varies depending on the type of permit you requested. For example, we must conduct an on-site inspection before issuing a compliance certificate, registration, or license to determine compliance with licensing minimum standards, rules, and/or statutes. We will decide to issue or deny you a permit no later than two months after we accept your application, unless you are applying for an employer-based child care operation or shelter care operation permit. For an employer-based child care operation or shelter care operation permit, we will decide to issue or deny you a permit no later than 30 days after we accept your application. |
