| (a) A lien placed on private property shall be satisfied, to the extent of the value of the consideration received, at the time of transfer of ownership. Any unsatisfied portion shall remain as a lien on the property and shall be satisfied in accordance with this section. Testate and intestate transfers are excluded from this rule. (b) The Commission shall maintain or renew liens from time to time as may be required. (c) Moneys derived from the satisfaction of liens established under this subchapter (relating to Texas Abandoned Mine Land Reclamation Program) shall be deposited in the Texas Abandoned Mine Reclamation Fund.
