A provider must, in accordance with Chapter 404, Subchapter
E of this title (relating to Rights of Persons Receiving Mental Health
Services), notify the individual or LAR and, if the individual is
a child or adolescent, the primary caregiver in writing of the process
for making a complaint to the provider's client rights officer.
