RULE §84.42 | Motor Vehicles |
All in-car instruction of students in driver education schools shall be conducted in motor vehicles owned or leased by the owner of the driver education school in the name of the driver education school. If the student is disabled, the school may use a motor vehicle that is owned by the student or student's parent that is equipped with special vehicle controls.
