| RULE §12.109 | Scope |
This section and §§12.110-12.115 of this title (relating to General Requirements for Coal Exploration) establish the minimum requirements for the Secretary's approval of regulatory program coal exploration procedures, and apply to the Commission and to any person who conducts or seeks to conduct coal exploration outside of the permit area. |
