RULE §350.607Public Outreach
(a) The contractor must plan and implement child find, public awareness and interagency coordination goals and strategies that comply with the Individuals with IDEA Part C.

(b) When HHSC provides language to use in communicating with primary referral sources, parents of infants and toddlers, or the general public, the contractor must use the provided language.
