(a) An administrative review is an informal review
that determines whether a decision or action was appropriate under
applicable laws and rules. An administrative review is not a formal
hearing and does not involve formal examination and cross-examination
of witnesses.
(b) If you do not waive your right to request an administrative
review, we may not finalize any decision or action that is the subject
of the review until you exhaust your due process rights concerning
the decision or action. However, you may not be able to operate pending
due process for some enforcement actions as provided by Division 3
of this subchapter (relating to Operating Pending and Administrative
Review and Due Process Hearing).
