| RULE §568.143 | Response to External Reviews |
A hospital shall develop and implement a written plan to evaluate the effectiveness of any plan of correction the hospital submits to an external review entity, including HHSC, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, or the accrediting organization. |
