| (a) In order to preserve the integrity and confidentiality
of the Licensing inspection and investigation process, an operation
or any person acting on the operation’s behalf may not make
a visual or audio recording, listen to, or eavesdrop on any:
(1) Licensing interview with operation staff, foster
parents or other caregivers, children, or any other person; or
(2) Internal discussion by or among Licensing staff.
(b) This section does not prohibit an individual from
recording a Licensing interview with the individual.
