RULE §271.89 | Resource Limits |
An individual applicant or client is not eligible for community care for aged and disabled (CCAD) services if the value of nonexempt resources owned by him exceeds $5,000. A couple is not eligible for CCAD services if the value of nonexempt resources they own exceeds $6,000. |
