| (a) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this
title, the first application period for all applicants in Fiscal Year
2024 will be for a thirty day period beginning on the later of January
1, 2024 or the date the application is first made available.
(b) For the purpose of §16.304(b)(2) of this title,
for a grant recipient whose fiscal year begins on October 1, 2023,
the county's contribution shall include county funds used to pay an
annual minimum salary from October 1, 2023 through the end of the
grant agreement awarded for Fiscal Year 2024.
